Weekend packed with great performances! Ken Fancett has once again taken ultra running to a whole new level by completing a 100 mile race (yes you read it correctly!). Donna Mewis and Ian McCarthy have both PB’d at Staplehurst 10k and Orpington 10k was also a success despite the hilly course.

Fambridge Yacht Haven Triathlon

Despite suffering two punctures Peter Baksh managed a 2nd place in his age group, 4th overall in the Fambridge Half Iron triathlon yesterday. Good work Pete!

Great turn out at Ted Pepper’s 10k, which has produced excelent times with a considerable number of GP gold cards. Simon Harris ran a strong 10k race at Battersea Park on Saturday and Pete Baksh has PB’d once again in the half marathon distance, this time at Milton Keynes. Well done everyone!
