Coaching session on Thursday

There will be a coaching session on Thursday. We will focus on hill work. The aim is to build stamina in preparation for the London marathon. Meet at the club at 6:45pm for 7pm start.

    Coaching session on Thurs 19th March was very beneficial completing 4 reps each of a mile – thanks to Helen and Kate. Only 4 there. Highly recommend more turning up for next session.
